Return & Refund Policy

A return request may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

If the return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must not be altered, disassembled, modified, damaged after delivery, or have parts removed or substituted.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the buyer. If ABODOMAH sent the wrong item or confirmed transit damage/store error, ABODOMAH covers the approved return-shipping cost.

Returns should use tracked and securely packed shipping. Insured shipping may be used where reasonably available, without making a blanket insurance guarantee.

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges are not guaranteed because watches are individual items. There is no standard restocking fee.

“For Parts or Repair” items are not automatically final sale merely because of that condition classification.

Customs duties or fees paid directly to third parties are not refunded by ABODOMAH.
